Patients contacting the practice via telephone or the reception front desk or via PATCHs requesting to be seen on the day for a medical reason, will be added to our triage list and reviewed by a Clinician. Once reviewed, you will be advised of the next steps by text message, Email or telephone. The outcome may not require a GP appointment, though you will be offered an appointment with other healthcare professionals who are qualified and experienced that can better meet your needs.
