Helen Dickinson manages the business, finance and contract aspects for the Practice. The COO supports all of the staff teams and other professionals to deliver high standards of care and effective patient experience.
Operations Manager
Josephine Lockwood manages the patient services team and ensures right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, Human Resources, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology. Josephine is the contact for the PPG.

Team Leaders - Aimee Stephens and Mandeep Kaur
They book the appointments, can give you information about test results, arrange repeat prescriptions and signpost you to other members of the team.
They can assist with medical records queries, non NHS medical & insurance reports. The medical secretaries can assist with information about referrals to hospitals and other providers.
